  I found a piece that I loved. i called and asked if it didn't fit could I return it. I was told yes, they didn't tell me any of their rules to return though. it took over two weeks to get to me. their return policy says 30 days from their ship date. I literally opened the envelope leaving the plastic intact, saw it would not fit and sent it back. during the time it was sent back was christmas, new years, and a major storm that crippled the east coast. since it didn't make it within their time frame they took 20% restocking fee. seriously ended up being $20 to put an outlet cover still in its original wrapping back into a box? NEVER AGAIN!
